progressive, learning, skill developing environment.

Dislikes

politics and favouritism used to play at peak level in internal departments. partiallilty have different level in its own. promotions and increments only based on who is favourite of manager.

I thought job security would increase with time I spent there but after working for 2 years they didn't allowed 1-2 months relaxation even during this tough session due to the covid-19 pandemic. Work culture was only to work anytime in any situation no physical or mental healths were considered. Management and company policies were not too god.

Dislikes

The work environment was there was just like a factory you would never get a feel like you are working in a MNC which is branched worldwide.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
