I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I dislikes it there are so many problems we have to face like salary we dnt know when we are going to recive salary. We just work thier that's it if we ask our salary the will fire you. Even we have productivity then also we won't ask. Even they won't respond to reliving also. I've ever seen in my life. They just plays with employees life's.
