Very worst company in my career.There was a salary problem always. You have to request many times to CEO abt salary each month he keep on post the salary date. After 4 and 5 time requested he will pay partially..they will put your salary keep on pending each month. They won't give your balance salary when you relieve you will loose your salary. CEO is a cheating person beware of this company best advice to New joiner to ignore this company.. don't believe positive comments it was posted by mgmt don't spoil your life....Read More

There was no benefit even getting salary is a big deal with them.. cheating CEO he doesn't change his character.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
