There is a culture and respect for the employees in and around, we will have a family like feel, if u want to know about core retail and store management or any domain in retail Viveks is the place u have to work, it's a ocean for many sharks which is still alive in retail

Once u work there u won't get in to that feel for sure but only concern is the financials aspects

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
