Due to the covid 19 pandemic situation,I lost my job as life guard in taj malabar.i have even begged before the management that iam married and I have one little child so in this situation it will more difficult to find a job,but the reason they told me was they had faced financial crises, so their is no any other way and they firedbe from their.i has no job till.we are facing a critical situation now,as our financial strength is very bad.i have a little daughter,and cannot fulfill her needs and wants as I have no job.i have told them these all.if this situation is going on, me and my family will be going to attempt a suicide that we have no any other options....Read More

it was wonderful journey at Vivanta Taj Trivandrum. during my period i have done lots of changes and get great appreciation. the property take it up to excellent operational level. the complaint also reduce.

Dislikes

The salary level i was not happy. it was very low salary as a 18 Years experience long journey in Taj with Abroad Taj Experience. My junior level staff getting higher than me salary and performance bonus.

it was a challenging hotel during my journey started from there. but i took a challenge and make it us a different level. lots of issue solved and GSTS score improved. reduced the complaint. from the beginning lots of project issue was there. all solved
