The leadership and team spirit is fantastic here. Everyone has a growth mindset and there is no place for office politics . All seniors are approachable and the work process is transparent with fair opportunities , rewards and appraisals . The management is also friendly and keeps organizing fun activities in office and outdoor team picnics

It;s friendly, and everyone is welcoming and communicates respectfully. We have in-house festival celebrations and engagement activities that we really enjoy. These events help us relive stress, and make us feel refreshed. Also, we have outdoor picnics and entrainment activities.

Here, we've half day of 5 hours which I am not happy with. Rest all good.

I am happy to share that the company cares about its employees having a food balance between work and their personal life. I've seen many employees have stayed for more than ten years, which clearly shows their level of satisfaction working here.

There is no professionalism. No new technologies are being used. No job security, people are kicked out without any reason. That is hire and fire methodology. Unethical and unprofessional work is carried out. Inhumane behavior towards employees.
