if you stay long enough vitesco will take you for granted. While joining you might get a good hike / offer. over a period of time your salary will be lagging a lot, suppose if you stay in this company for more than 10 years your salary will be half of the industrial standard. HR has no intention of correcting this. even if you get an offer use this as a temporary work opportunity, not a place to commit for long valuable years.
