Work environment was good. Shift timing is good it was pure day shift.

Dislikes

No growth. No job security. I have got only one day training. Induction given after 1 month. Managers do not value employees. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I had worked over 3 years with vitality but still did not got any job security. I had very bad experience in this company.

Training provided by company. Celebrate functions. Give opportunity for talented people. Seak people get instant leave. They provide seasonal fruits for there employee once in month. Celebrate birthdays.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high for admin. Team always blaming your for not giving work to them. U need to work after office time is finish. Not get OT to admins bt TL get there OT all the time. TL called or massage you after office timing for any problems. To many work load as your admin. Hectic work.

Talking about increment never keep expectation for better appraisal..after hard working will get nothing in hand at the end.

Generally speaking, Working on client software where we receive inventory daily..health insurance no-fault verification..just to update group, action, reason as per specially comment mentioned on image...we work for US provider.
