My manager is a well-known individual who understands the well-being of calleugues and has extensive expertise of the department.

Company and employees culture is very bad Extra work hours without any benifits without food & with least salary, it would be 9, 9:30am to 8,9,10pm also all days. No one caring our employees well being and mainly health of the employees.

Much more politics in company,i am explained my example,I was the topper in business and collection in the maharashtra,but some narrow minded people don't like and they suddenly my transfer to satara there was a zero opportunity, HR also including in that. So don't waste time to Vistaar for career.
