To be frank except our MD and HR department, whole company is dipping themselves by recruiting unprofessional employees and spoiling the careers of the employees who wants to learn and grow according to companies future strategies. Bad luck is that, situations is something and the matter conveyed to the MD is quite opposite. Staffs strange behaviour, every employee in the office poke us to resign every day. Though we raise the issue regarding the same,it reverse back to us will be blamed as half knowledge, idiots, these words were used regularly by the new manager Omprakash yadav, who is literally spoiling the carriers of the employees.from the time he joined 4people resigned on immediate basis, by this you will understand the level of his team management skills....Read More
