No Job security. Records of trainees not maintained then it consider as an unemployment even if we work also as there is no ESI,PF, not giving payslips so we cant show work experience. Make to work for prolonged hours without any benefits. Increment for production and quality department is 2500 to 3000 which is very less when compared to other companies having same or less turnover. HR Policy is very bad as they don't care about employees and their basic needs. No career growth as trainees continues as trainee for 5 to 10 years even performance is good. Terminate the employees without intimation and won't give proper reason and compensation for termination. No softskills training...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
