Working with Devdiscourse, a wing of VisionRI Connexion Services has been a horrible experience for me. Did not like anything about the office but the admin, my supervisor and some of the office staffs. Though the news sector, Devdiscourse is good with some deserving persons in the team, the management is absolutely flawed...

Dislikes

A terrible experience altogether. Firstly, the office is located at a remote place and will become quite inaccessible for most of the employees if they are not locals. Secondly, the management of the office is pathetic to mention, with the MD of the company sitting on top of all things while the other, including the HR, having no say at all. Not employee-centric at all!!! The office is wide open even in this pandemic situation with no strictures at all. No medical facilities!!!! I mean, I was ill after I joined the company and was positive, with all COVID-related symptoms but I wasn't given work from home and couldn't even get tested for it because of the lack of hospitals and nursing homes there in Sonipat. I was not even given paid leaves or medical leaves while I was down with fever. The Management said nothing about the leaves and ruthlessly cut down my salary to almost nothing! I had to leave the company in less than a month!!! So, think wisely before you decide to join the company....Read More
