They have good working environment and the Manager and TL also provide leaves without any problem.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?

Well I left the job because the work environment was not good. Teammates are supportive though but support from hr was not good.

Dislikes

The management was not good. They criticise alot. No work culture. HR is not understanding at all. People working their as trainee or executive getting salary at same pay scale. No growth.

Work Details

The job was good but no matter how much effort you give or hardwork you do they are not satisfied at all. I learned alot from the director. The director really developed my skills and my confidence.
