They can give you your desired location of work if requested.

Dislikes

They don't care about your salary, or that if you have been paid on time or not. They don't have any idea who is their employee or who has submitted a resignation is on a notice period. They don't care to give you your experience letter unless you work for like 3-4 years or your final F&F salary after you leave the company.

Terrible Experience. Employee's harrasment, and humiliation . No appraisal for good and hard work. One can be fired anytime on whim of company. Irresponsive HR and CEO.

First I worked as a Telecaller in Green Call Technology run by Vision India Company. It was a project run by the Central Govt. Like to say the work was very good very good. Unfortunately this project ends in May 2024 so I feel very bad.

Dislikes

Dislike is not much, the salary was late only I used to get the salary between 10th and 15th of the given month and there were some security problems because we worked on government projects and that would be a problem.

1.It has a good work culture. 2.All of my colleagues are good including all board members. 3.Definitely for better Communication skill development and other extra skills i would like to say Vision india is the best company.

Maybe or maybe not because it was good for me in overall but everyone has tgeir own perspective .

The office culture is very friendly and supportive but most importantly it gives you a place to learn, earn & grow. They have internal trainings that keep happening for all employees which helps in individual growth.

Sometimes in peak times, the work pressure can get a little much.

worst company to work. lot of politics. Management is taking advantage of tata brand name. Tata Power itself worst company. It became worst in recent years. No work life balance. Extreme pressure. Office coming time is fixed. Outgoing time is not fixed. Very poor work culture. Tata group should think seriously about this company.

Talking about the cleanliness of this office, the cleanliness of this office is so dirty that even the public toilet here looks clean . And if we talk about salary, then the salary shown in the offer letter is not included in the account and after talking to HR in the company, HR says that this offer letter has been sent by mistake....Read More
