Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! 1. Salary does not come on time. 2. Very difficult to progress here because things are hidden and level of politics is disturbing. 3. Lack of adequate incentives. 4. At Raipur Office, no provision for snacks, oven, etc., but at Delhi Office, they do provide. 5. Very strict timings, very often one has to sit late. 6. Limited faith in staff.

No Fixed salary Date Delayed Salary now it is delayed by 2 Months No Reimbursement No Work Culture No Work System Ancient TA/DA Policy (which states that to stay in Rs.1500 in Metro City 1200 in B Grade City and 800 in C Grade City other idiotic policy as well Would start review meetings post 7'O Clock and will expect you stay late in office everyday.

No Work till six months but you will judged for your performance and will be forced to sit in the office read catalouges
