I had Better Experience working at Vishwakarma Marine Institute. So nothing to dislike about it, I got got Government job after getting teaching experience from this Institute.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
