Vishal inspite new to south india need awareness in Customers by doing marketing activities & FMCG assortment should be 100% with placing Food Dept in Atleast 1st floor.

I been work for Vishal for almost 10 months but i did not seen a Standard Procedure or Organized Structure compare with other retail formats, Also there is no people Management support from top Management in terms of Various Store Parameters

I worked as a Store Manager of 28000 Sft Store which is one of the biggest store in South India handled a Size team of 70, Taken Challenge in terms of Improvising Business from Store Launch.Taken Many Initiatives to improvise the Business.

Retail operation and Sales are very big platform to learn and make career growth successfully. Here I did a lot of sales policy implementation and got excellent sale growth. For innovative idea and thoughts our higher management support was there to implement.
