There is not a fix time when the employees will go back to their homes. The number of working hours is more than 9 hrs and no overtime is provided. The attitude and wrost behaviour by Mr. Basant (SM at hisar store) is..... No words to say about that person, I never met any person like him. According to him he will not do any thing because he is the manager and its mean if he does something and his attitude is like this that I'll not do anything because I am THE MANAGER. Overall I would like to say about him is COMPANY SHOULD HIRE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE RIGHT JOB and company should also aware the employees about their rights and should provide the source for direct contacts to the higher authority so that they may raise their voice. RFM & ZFM should also contact to the associates, senior associates or employees at the lower ranks because the upper management shows them whatever they want to show them....Read More
