everything, Complete Manipulation in everything inside store by company even company top Managment people are involve in managing wrong inventory in system. Lot's of things to learn, this not like other companies where your boss pulls you down. In this company you can learn everything.

I don't like it's management culture. Company provides very limited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

Company culture is very bad. You are pressurised to take on and complete tasks that are not even in your KRA. There is lack of transparency while communicating the policies to the employee. The appraisal is not at all at the market level and a whole lot of competition within the team is created as only one can catch the final appraisal.

The work atmosphere in this place is really good and all the senior manager are always helpful for what I need. Above this all the customer are happy with the price of the Vishal with compare to quality.

Here I did job with different departments and defferent section time to I got opportunity and I grab it .and seriously I learn from vishal mega mart most things which one help to me grow.thst was great experience with.
