Behaviour towards fellow people are not Good. Nobody cares ur contribution they just keep on scrolling for even a very small mistake.

Team mates are supportive, store manager is supportive,,, only main lacuna is no product knowledge, no operational training. I want to be changed in working environment healthy like other retails i. e. Lifestyle, shoppersstop etc.

No product knowledge given, working culture need to be changed, soft skill training to be provided to the staffs

Good. But sometimes Managerial atriction is heavy on Hard working employees.

Dislikes

(1)Some of regional LP member s attitude is not satisfactory to ground staff.(2) having good skill employees are not getting promotion while they are used in highly requirement for store sale growth.(3) HR not judge true or false complain against employees but take indirect dicession
