Here is many things that I like most , here is friendly environment with management staff and other. I like the most is that monthly party (rewards and regards) in this, whole staff discuss all issues related to sale, customer service, targets, etc. Here is great opportunity to grow and get promote. I love that I'm the part of this company.

Dislikes

Every company in retail customer is always right but opposite of that employees are not wrong every time. But many times customer forced to make wrong and management are to fool because without investigate they want resign from innocent employees that is totally wrong and I hate that.

Work Details

Here is changing environment, management gives daily target that achieve and focus on sale and customer service.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
