Worst place to work, *No job security, you may get a call from the HR people at around 5 pm and will terminate you within 2 mins and you will not be allowed to go back to the office to collect your things. You will be put in the car and directly drop you outside the plant main gate * Worst work culture, No knowledgeable and skilled hods, no one knows what needs be done * 20% Variable pay based on production, they give unrealistic target and sometimes based on plant full rated capacity,if the target is not achieved the cut away 20% from your in hand salary. Even if they are unable to provide the raw materials for production, the will cut away 20% *Worst company policies *Worst employees treatment *No fixed increment and promotion parameters and time I would recommend that you should never even think of working in visa steel, or visa special steel, or visa minmetal, or visa resources or anything...Read More

The upper management is Good who can be approached with ease with a positive outlook for the employees.The lower management is strong enough to carry the work load of the plant in an efficient manner.

Middle level management is poor with no proper Managerial skills & technically poor Managers .No proper training is being given to the subordinates by the middle level for skill upgradation & knowledge enhancement. Politics is one of the concerning issues in middle level .Leadership qualities lack in middle level Managers.No proper Care is taken for the GETs joining here by middle level due to which attrition rate is high....Read More
