Compensation and benefits not given as per experience and performance. Less salary as compared to other good steel companies.Salary gets delayed all the time by a month almost.Raw material shortage is a common issue as they don't have Captive mines.Rolling Mill and SMS are in complete shutdown as of now where the lateral entry candidates are losing jobs who joined just 2 Years back.Average middle management with average and not up to Mark skills.Attrition rate is high!HR needs to take much more initiative in training for better skill upgradation....Read More
