You will get development work that includes both new feature and application development as well as work that needs supporting existing applications and system by fixing pre-prod and production issues. Since VISA is the leader in payment network solution in the world, the range of applications and the infrastructure that makes it's eco system is huge, resilient and provide highest level of security to transactions. Dislikes

Some products and platforms are legacy and running on old tech stacks that are 10-15 years old. Company is already working to sunset these types of apps but that transition is going on at a sluggish pace. So the learning for people who are supporting those types of apps is very less. Stocks (RSUs) are not good as per market standards in the category of reputed software product companies.
