It all depends on what account you are mapped to and what proj you are working on. Some are easy going, some are hell. Depends on manager too how they take care of the team. Learning and akill development are available here.

Dislikes

Increment is very less. Even though you get meet expectations rating increment is 5-6%. On higher band if you have variable part. Forget most of it. No clarity on rating system.

This is the platform where every individual gets an opportunity to learn new technologies. For Freshers/Mid level senior's - this is the best place to grow. Most of the accounts are purely development wherein, there would be lot of scope defined to learn new techniques/methods sometimes even technology can be switched. all the departments, play there role perfectly fine and best part - turn around is very quick and efficient. Appraisal, Promotion policy - this is the place which needs tremendous change in order to retain or secure good people not leaving organization.
