You will get more and more frustrated day by day, they hire you for software development but assign work of Production Support. A wise suggest to any who wants to join, this organisation might offer you good package but there will be no future. There is no software development task or projects. Specially if you are in CITI project, please run away. Managers will ruin your future.

I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?
