My work is more challenging as I have to look entire team clients need like new and ongoing projects same get it done from the team.In the team there various emotions of people so keeping in mind I need to take care of work as well deliver the work

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
