The owner is mad person. I dont have any work to do so, he just disturbing employee during work time. Without any intimation he fired many employee. I didnot respect individual independent. He just treat employee like slave even not believing in good employee relation. He has old slave mentality and treating employees like that also

There is nothing to like in this company. This is the worst company to work in... they are forcing everyone to rate them 5 stars in every review site else no one gets an increment. Directors are the worst. This is not a work place, this is a prison where no one is even allowed to talk to their own team members, internal communication is also recorded.

Everything. I had so much hope when joining the company, but they are not worth working with. No work-life balance, no stability in job, no peace of mind. Please, don't fall for the forced fake reviews. Think twice before joining here.

I have been in vcs for more than 4 moths and i still haven't received my appointment letter. every time I approach HR about it they always offer me a different explanation, fake reasons and make an effort to avoid giving me appointment letter. the same scenario happened with a large number of vcs employees. very bad HR and management at vcs I strongly advise everyone not to work for this company.

Projects are very good, So many new things I got to learn here. My team was best, especially our TL Shubham, He is the one who manages everything in the company. His designation is project coordinator but he should be a project Manager. Overall experience was very good with the organisation. There was no politics ever.

Dislikes

Old office was not much good, cafeteria was too small. Salary sometimes comes late by 2-4 days, salary was very less.
