Not much, it is a growing organization so it comes with challenges related to that, but everybody is actively working on improving those which makes the work even more interesting.

Very transparent culture with 'no door' policy. Good learning culture and fast paced environment. You get to build a lot of things from scratch.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
