I really liked working with Dr Anurag. He had clarity in his thought and execution.

Feedback given were never addressed. In a startup we used to spend too much time on gathering everyone's feedback (which is a good thing but not if you aren't acting on them). In a typical month people in tech team only have 10 days of actual dev work time. (which might be good for individuals not looking for growth and having an ea sy way out but not for people who are looking for exponential growth) Unnecessary meetings leading to circular discussion among stakeholders Top talent does not stay at Virohan leading to mediocre talent in managerial position leading to lack of learning and frustration building up due to their incompetence <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Poor salary as compared to market standards</mark>.
