The job was quite interesting. I was only person there for complete SEO. When I joined Virohan since then I was asking for content writer and a good website but they didn't hire till now. No growth. No experience management and manager except pCEO.

The culture is bad, they don't take feedback constructively. If a project fails, execution is bad , and if it succeed , it's because if strategy. Top it with favouritism and you have a disaster work culture.

Blindsided in appraisals, experience may differ with team you are in. Indefinite onboarding time, they delayed it at first, then preponed it. Caused a lot of anguish to people who actually wanted to start earning.

Amazing work and learning environment. Very supportive colleagues who got out of their way to help for small or big deliverables. The tech team’s culture is best here. There are many technologies are used to build the infrastructure. And the feedback flow in the team is best part here. We give each others feedback. And there is no such fixed technology for each person . Anyone can work on any technology if they want.

The culture is good. But as a startup it's very exhausting to manage work and personal life at same time. There is fun and friendly environment while working. People are considerate. Parties and team outing keeps you in refreshing mood.
