Everything is great, facilities are awesome, management is good. When I used to work there used to be disciplined in the school but now there is a lack of discipline in the school. Secondly, it is very difficult to find good teachers here. Everything else is great.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. If you get a chance to work in this school then you will definitely be able to enjoy your work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
