I don't know where to start. 1. Manpower mismanagement:- Managers,TL's have absolutely no idea how to handle manpower in this company. They will put amateur, inexperienced staff at a highly competitive counter where one will have no idea what to do and how to do. 2. Politics:- If you want to have sane life and want to relax after co ming from the shift forget that as the politics in this company is through the roof, I have been working in this company for a mere 3months now but the mental pressure is brutal, they don't think about you as an individual they think you are machine who will give them required results automatically they don't even ask how you are or if you are having some difficulties in working or not absolute waste of time working for this company. 3. Work/life balance:- Forget about having a work/life balance, you have to work 9hours a day and that too in local retail stores which make you work like a machine with no regard to your health. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
