Its a good organization in which i have working.

Dislikes

It should be a better working environment but its not because of bad behavior with employees and also i personally realized about my salary is not decent to manage my need of family ( I'm going to complete my two years with this organization and didn't get hike and also my salary deduction is not cleared, where some of my salary money is going every month )

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
