Nothing is likeable in this company. No body should join this company. Its terrible and horrible working culture. Too much pressure and no appreciate, except only old employees and buttering and bootlicker employees get aprtitation.

VTL follow Nepotism, here works lobbying of old employees, New employee are only like daily basis labour, no facility provided, Bhai bahyijavad is on top, buttering and bootlicker are get facility and opportunity, they do soft work, HR manager are also not helpful, here follow employee torture policy. No bills clear, Even afterleaving company, they will not give yours epf amount. Which they diduct from salary but not deposit in EPFO. They keep in own trust, its in won control not in government EPFO. Even they not given relieving letter and experience certificate....Read More
