I learned lot of skills . Communication skills and give proper HR training . Proper learning tools provide by vits college . Induce lot of talent . Training and placement great significant role during lots of interviews . Give proper right direction as MANAGEMENT works.

I don't think any dislike suggestion for college MANAGEMENT because as human as coin which two face in human good nature and bad nature . Like coin head and tail . But I gave little bit bad suggestion like . Like Bus management provide not good facilities. It was not taking fair price like a person who was coming from 50 km and takes same fair who was coming 5km . This is bad thing ....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
