Being a part of vindhya since last 3 n half I enjoyed my journey. Journey from agent to QA is amazing Talking about my manager and Qtl I think whenever I approach both of them they are very much helpful for me. Whenever I feel down I go to omkar sir n he make me feel motivated. Manish - The person who always supports in terms of every tasks. Disliking is nothing but you can consider it as feedback - I think company should be little employee centric, where we should have a rest rooms if any medical emergency happens to anyone we don't have to let him/her to sleep on sofa..... I'm reporting to QAM Omkarsinh Rathod he did a lot's of improvement in quality. As he knows the six sigma he always tried to gives the solution bases on his experience with six sigma. I am writing for Manish Gajbhiye and Omkarsinh Rathod Agar mai starting ki baat karti hu toh manish was a nice guy he wants to support each and every one in terms if anything…and he was behave very nicely with everyone, help everyone but now time is change when i am working with manish there are so much of misunderstanding happens in between us he don’t wants to support me in anything he just think about other QA’s that is very hurting for me….sometimes i feel he is doing intentionally bcz someone is telling to do such things and his image is making bad infront of each and every person…. For Omkar…in starting i feel he is very genuine guy he will not support to any of us he just thik about himself after that i get to know about him sometimes he is supportive sometime he just think about themselve….As compared to manish omkar is more more supportive for me in terms of everything but sometimes he is just scream out and say words thaat is not necessary someone feel bad…so he need to change this so he can be a good leader...Read More

In vindhya if I talk about hygiene..the cleaning staff is very rude in behaviour they are not doing dusting properly and if we ask to they are not responding for it .they does not care about people's health over there the girls vindhya washroom are very unhygienic we have to think about it

No proper maintenance of work.Worked hard every day to achieve target with out doing some days interrupted mood by while signing how much work did than target that much salary hike so tried to do as much as possible but told its limited and fixed salary itself.
