Top notch company culture. It's like a big family environment or at least used to be before wfh. Job is secure unless something very serious happens. Management is open to discussion and ensuring employees are comfortable.

Lack on onsite opportunities. Once or twice a year a few people might go.

Most dev roles are individual contributor roles within small teams. Expertise required. Daily client calls/meetings. Once or twice a month you have to put in extra hours. For some projects you might need to put in way more hours.
