Additionally, there is a lack of established method for a systematically collecting market data and efficiently translate it into actionable insights.

I've been with Vinayak Ingredients for 2+ years . I began my journey as a Business Development Officer and have recently been promoted as an Assistant Manager- Sales. A few things that could be improved: Sometimes, the work load can get a bit intense, especially around major exhibitions or client deadlines. It would also be nice to have more structured training sessions for new joiners.
