Job in Vinay Public School Sewari is secure.Work culture is fine.The Management committee is very dedicated, efficient and very faithful. The policy of the school is not to earn money .

Dislikes

Due to corona epidemic all the students belong to rural areas got their admission in Government Schools. So it was difficult to run the school. without financial management

First and Paramount policy of the professionals of this organization is the assistance of the workers for the new workers and the best guidance of the school principal . This place has an amicable environment to learn the new skills and good provisions of every sort of facility towards the teachers of the school.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
