Freedom of work. You will have to everything like manpower recruitement & management, production management, quality control, machine maintenance, mould maintenance, Trials, etc.

Dislikes

Less technical personnel, unskilled manpower, No advanced technologies, Still using old methods, cannot invest on new technologies due to cost saving factors. Non technical staffs are gems of this company. No value for work. Appreciation only with sweet words. Too much workload in less salary.

Never get out on time. Always had to spent 1 to 2 hrs without compensation.

This job is quite interesting struggle and b and going to there was no formal training session Ireland to everything formal training session

Good work environment and culture. Team mate a supportive and the management is transparent there is a good huge cafeteria . Company policy e r good appraisals affair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of policy and the management does not address hour if you sell it is decent but care youth is slow there is a bone of 2 year before which is your connect reason on the job training is not going to new join

The job is a quite interesting struggle a bit in the rain as there was no formal training season I learn everything on the job I got the change to where multiple it and that helped me get a taste of different role within the same team
