Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

There is nothing to like l.Juniors who don’t have experience are working as a lead without any prior experience .Both Hrs who claim to be a manager and lead,they don’t know anything except sleeping and dancing.

Dislikes

Favouritism to only 2 employees as they are close to CEO.No salary on time.You need to working like a donkey except these 2 so called HRs.They are just here for taking salary and doing timepass
