The company works for poor and unprivillaged people of our society for their socio-economic growth which motivates me. And the Office premises at Ecospace (HO) is quite impressive and carries a corporate feel.

Dislikes

Gossiping within employee circle is quite irritating sometimes. People are very judgemental about you and your personal matters.

Good work environment. All are supportive to their colleagues & nice to work with them.

Dislikes

There are few drawbacks as some things aren't transparent. Salary is good but increment is very less or growth is very slow.

Work Details

Till today my experience with VFS is interesting one. In my tenure I have faced more challenges & taste. Also I got the chance to learn different taste of work.

Lower level not following the company's rules and regulations. As per head office office timings 8:30 am to 6 pm but local manegement force you to office in at 7 am and out time is no idea...
