hr The policy is very bad. If you put too much pressure on any contractor while working honestly in that place, he will ask hr to report. hr team is very bad.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I love my job at Vilas javdekar Eco shelter because everyone has to worked as a team and is dedicated to Target and also quality. I like autonomy I have because my bosses are great and allow me to innovate my work.

Dislikes

Security of job is low, and growth and job confirmation is to late or not have. Work time is not fix, sometimes, I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a day on site.

My work is to check the quality of material i.e quality accurance / quality control (QA/QC), Documentation, trials etc.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
