Management is very coorporative. Too cooperative in my opinion. They tend to put a lot of faith in the employees but unfortunately there are a few employees who've been trusted but have not been working in the company's interest.

Salary not in time. Generally salary credits after 15th / wait until company RA bill gets credit. Contractor payments are not in time. Unprofessional culture. No value for time. HR ignores to employees after the completion of notice period. FNF not in time.
