Worst hospital environment, worst salary, no hikes. HOD doesn't have any knowledge as a dietician. HOD is very partial and she gets all the benifits from medical rep's. Never give way for the knowledged one to grow. People who doesn't have knowledge just like her will be given many opportunities ofcourse yes they always go to the conference have food take snap back to work.. very poor management who doesn't watch these things.
