1) No job security 2) If you are working at corporate office , there is dirty politics & egoistic people surrounding who keeps on complaining about you. 3) Travel & other policies keeps of changing every day. 4) no proper guidence or proper communication between reporting managers. 5) Senior have spyies to monitor new comers and blames simply. 6) no salary punctuality . 7) Your KRA allotted during joing with be disturbed and involved by other departments employee with permission of senior management. 8) There is no process of work, complete family business culture being a corporate company. 9) Insufficient allowances to senior joinees 10) Unrealistic expectations and change of policies and terms every month. 11) No Holiday /Half day on Saturday. 12) even if you are allocated with some travel budget, for even Rs.100/- you need to take CEO approval. Working in VDC is like a brand to our career. Work environment and culture is very good here and we can balance our professional and family life too. Whole Teammates, office staff are very supportive and job security is assured. Rest all is good and I would definitely recommend everyone that it's a wonderful place to learn and grow.

Few policies are common to all staff which should not be applied to marketing field staff like 9 hours job and biometric punch in punch out compulsory to claim days attendance. Daily allowance are very low and expenses structure for marketing is not sufficient. Annual increments or incentives are very poor. This needs to increase so that experience staff is retained. Management should listen to our ideas to improve work flow by adapting new software and technology or they should be ready to make some modifications in present system so that our work become easy and more productive....Read More
