Promotion and appraisal duration is too long they have to give chance to old executive to grow and they have to do some exams on product knowledge on that they have to promote their staff.

Long duty hours,no shifts. Growth opportunities are less now they hire team lead, managers from outside. Because of long duty hours and travel you not get time for your self.
