Vijay sales, was good company but the management was very worst specially on(TS)they don’t know employees how to manage or treat, One gentleman said *He is head of the TS* Still he told (one employee asked switch on the A/C then he told to manager this didn’t have the stage of Maintain Ceiling fan also, They are ask on a/c here, Then y they Kept AC

Every superior threatenes about your job,Poor HR policies,No work life balance.Hr ...They feel like they came from another planet. Especially In south they maintain the relation with the employees are like labour.You are working we are paying.

Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.

Just need to work on work life balance. Also needed Team outings and other mind relaxing activities, it will make work culture better. Due to Less Holidays we seems work load.
