Hr process is worst, Specially HR head is useless not using his brain to analyze the issues taking always side of old collogues. Management is also not employee friendly, not getting involved if any deserved employee get harassed or bullying by senior manager.

Vijay sales is very good platform I like the the most things is there is no caste feeling in this organisation and there is no pressure or harassment to any employee

All organisations are working 9 hrs but the Vijay sales is going with 10hr of working time sometimes that’s go to 11 too

The worst experience of all time and specially manager pratik parekh from ashram branch in ahmedabad gujarat, he don't know how to talk with staff and his behavior is very rude i don't like that person. I met my life's worst person of all time.

Hmm, What I believe from my point of view if a individual wanted to build His/her Carrer in Retail Domain & fixated on getting promoted. Then, this is the right place to kick start their career. However, working as a Sales Executive is not that enjoyable. If only you promoted to Senior or Manager level position then this will be piece of cake to you.
